Jimmy Uso’s Status For WWE SmackDown This Week

Jimmy Uso was arrested on a DUI charge on Monday night, his third charge since 2011. He was found not guilty for his second DUI charge in 2019, and you can click here to find out how he was ruled as not guilty on that charge. He has yet to see his day in court on his most recent charge, but many were left wondering what his status would be with WWE.

As Ringside News exclusively reported, Vince McMahon had not made any decision about Uso on Thursday at 3:00 PM EST. We have to wonder what the verdict is now.

According to Dave Meltzer, Jimmy Uso is backstage at SmackDown this week. It was not noted if he is worked into the show.

Jimmy Uso’s third DUI arrest is quite concerning, especially after he was able to get off the last time. There was also the time he tried to square up with cop, but he wasn’t driving. He is also in one of the biggest stories going right now in WWE alongside his cousin Roman Reigns. We will have to see what happens tonight as WWE brings another episode of the blue brand’s show to Fox.

Tonight will be a big night for decisions. Bayley is injured and she will be out of action around nine months. Now we will have to see what they do about Bianca Belair’s next challenger for the SmackDown Women’s Title as well.
