X-Pac had knee surgery in January, but he’s walking around just fine now. The two-time WWE Hall of Famer might have some matches left in him as well, but the big question is how soon he will be ready to go.

It is nWo week in WWE this week and the company is paying tribute to the members of that famous faction. Kevin Nash appeared on the Broken Skull Sessions and X-Pac also dropped in on The Bump.

Sean Waltman appeared in studio during The Bump this week and he was feeling good. They wasted no time in asking him how that knee is doing and X-Pac was happy to report that he has a projected 2022 return to the ring waiting on him.

“It’s going great, it’s going great. The recovery is on schedule. I had [surgery] in January and I’ll be ready to go early next year. Look, I might have a couple matches, nothing major.”

We’ll have to see what X-Pac is able to do with his “couple of matches” left. He said it won’t be anything major, but some fans might disagree who miss seeing his Bronco Buster in the squared circle.

X-Pac’s story through pro wrestling has been full of obstacles and he seems to be doing great now. The big question is what kind of situations he will find himself a part of in 2022.
