Jon Moxley decided he had enough of playing Dean Ambrose so he set off on his own mission. This was something that the whole world watched him do and plenty of people were rooting him on. It turns out that Triple H was also supporting Mox from a distance.

During Oral Sessions, Renee Paquette revealed that Triple H would ask about Moxley’s health and make sure he’s doing okay. This was during the time prior to Renee leaving WWE herself. Moxley was making it back from NJPW and Triple H wanted to check in to see if he was okay or needed anything.

“Even when Jon left, there were times when Hunter would pull me aside because Jon was injured coming back from NJPW, and Hunter kept checking in to make sure he was okay and if we needed anything, they would have been able to help him in any capacity. It was nice to know the olive branch was still extended and it wasn’t that heat-seeking thing that everyone thinks it is. We’ve all spent so much time together and nothing bad went down.”

A lot of fans might concoct their own theories about what goes on behind the scenes in WWE. There was no animosity behind Dean Ambrose’s departure, and Renee Paquette’s recent story about Triple H’s willingness to help him out should illustrate that.

That olive branch from Triple H meant a lot to Renee Paquette. It also goes to show that company lines don’t mean someone doesn’t matter anymore. WWE would also obviously love to have Dean Ambrose return to the company, but it’s unclear whether or not Mox is down to make that happen.

What’s your take on this story? Did Triple H have any other motivation by checking in on Mox? Sound off in the comments!
