WWE decided to release more people today. This was something that Nick Khan spearheaded in big way during a meeting eariler this afternoon. Now word is coming through concerning who the company axed.

So far, Breezango, Ever Rise, Ariya Daivari, Tony Nese, and writer Kenice Mobley were all cut from their contracts. August Grey was also released, but he still has a match to wrestle for the company.

Tonight’s 205 Live will feature a pre-recorded match with August Grey. It will be his final match in WWE, because he’s already released. The former, and probably future, Anthony Greene fired off a clever tweet to make the match a bit more interesting.

This was a nice joke. It was also a bit of a spoiler, because since he was fired Grey likely loses tonight’s match. You can check out his tweet below. We’ll have to see where Anthony Greene goes next, but he’s likely to benefit any roster her lands on.
