WWE reunited the Usos and the plan seems to be that the pair work well with Roman Reigns as a trio. We’ll have to see how that can help play into the Tribal Chief’s future storylines, ones where he has skirted the line between heel and babyface. His cousins are being viewed differently within the company.
The Usos seem destined to have a huge angle down the line, something the break up the team. For the time being, they are still together, and they might be on a different side of the roster from Roman Reigns, who displays a lot of heel tendencies.
According to a report from PW Insider, the Usos are being considered a babyface team, but Jey is still on the heel side of the roster. That is a very interesting situation and could be a first for the company.
The Usos have a very unique distinction right now as internally, Jimmy is listed as a babyface while Jey remains entrenched on the heel side of the roster. That may be the first team in WWE history to have that breakdown.
Jimmy Uso is obviously a babyface in this situation. We’ll have to see if the Tribal Chief’s influence causes him to make a full turn to the dark side. We’re certainly enjoying this angle as it plays out. It seems that Roman Reigns’ storyline could be the only thing going in WWE right now with any long term plan.
