Aleister Black’s time in NXT was certainly a memorable one, which featured him winning the NXT Championship and competing at the highest level against the likes of Andrade and Johnny Gargano.

Unfortunately for him, his main roster run was the exact opposite and left a lot to be desired. For a very long hiatus from WWE television, Black made his return to WWE television in a series of vignettes that further added to his new mysterious character.

However, fans will never get to know just how good his new character would have been as Black was released by WWE earlier this week. Now it seems the vignettes served a very interesting purpose as well.

Aleister Black took to Instagram and uploaded a long post, where he revealed a very interesting detail about the vignettes. He stated that each vignette featured clues as to who Black was going to target, which would make him look like he was psychic.

Did you know:

-if you go back to the room promos the color of the lights were the color of my upcoming opponent’s gear? I did this because I liked the idea that Aleister Black had precognitive abilities in a sense that “destiny” showed him glimpses of the future.

I would also use certain words or sentences that would predict my opponents for the coming week(s). I couldn’t always change or influence what was said so I used the lights to accomplish this.

More to come.

Now that Aleister Black is no longer in WWE, he is free to go anywhere Black wants and fans are very excited to see what Black will do next. Perhaps he might go to AEW or any other major pro wrestling company.
