Cody Rhodes Is Excited To See ‘Stud’ Andrade El Idolo In AEW

Former WWE Superstar Andrade El Idolo had a solid run in NXT where he even won the NXT Championship, but his main roster run in comparison left much to be desired. He was finally granted his WWE release after WWE Fastlane back on March 21st.

Since his release, fans have been wondering which pro wrestling promotion Andrade El Idolo will call home next. That question was finally answered on this week’s episode of AEW Dynamite, as Andrade El Idolo made his debut on the show.

The entire pro wrestling world couldn’t believe El Idolo made his way to AEW and were certainly happy. Andrade had previously commented on his debut, stating that he has lot of new opportunities to achieve in AEW.

A fan took to Twitter and asked AEW EVP Cody Rhodes how he felt about Andrade signing with AEW. Rhodes was very positive as he stated that Andrade is a big signing by Tony Khan and that he is excited to see what Andrade does in AEW.

With Andrade being one of the most talented pro wrestlers in the world currently, he can have excellent matches with almost anyone in AEW. We will have to see how he will be booked by the company.
