AEW is adding another hour of programming to WarnerMedia in August. That new show, Rampage, will move along with Dynamite to TBS in 2022. The company needs more bodies to fill that extra hour of programming as well.

The company already has two “Dark” shows, but now they are going to add another hour-long program that will be just as important as Dynamite. This will allow AEW to stretch their stories throughout the week.

The Wrestling Observer Newsletter noted that Tony Khan said that he plans to expand the AEW roster as they implement this new hour of television.

He also said that the promotion would be expanding with new talent and the new Rampage TV show

This could mean that AEW will start to sign up some of their regulars on AEW: Dark and AEW: Dark Elevation. WWE certainly has their eye on several of them as their last tryout was loaded with people who have performed for Dark in the past.

AEW might also look into bringing in new faces for their new hour-long show. We will have to see what goes down, but All Elite Wrestling is still making plenty of plans for the future.
