WWE Adds Title Match To WrestleMania Backlash

WWE’s next pay-per-view is set for May 16th, and it just got a lot bigger. Now we know who Rhea Ripley will face at the event.

Ripley defeated Asuka at WrestleMania to become the RAW Women’s Champion. They’re running that match batch at WrestleMania Backlash. Now Asuka will get another shot at that title.

The company made the announcement official before RAW started this week. Rhea Ripley vs Asuka will happen at WrestleMania Backlash.

That match joins Bobby Lashley vs Drew McIntyre vs Braun Strowman for the WWE Title and Bianca Belair vs Bayley for the SmackDown Women’s Title.
