Johnny Gargano Teases Facing Daniel Bryan After WWE Smackdown Ban

On last night’s episode of Friday Night Smackdown, Daniel Bryan challenged Roman Reigns for the WWE Universal Championship in the main event of the show, where Bryan put his career on Smackdown on the line.

After an intense match where both competitors gave it their all to come out the victor, it was ultimately Roman Reigns who ultimately came out on top. Daniel Bryan is officially barred from Friday Night Smackdown.

Now this means that Bryan will be showing up on either Monday Night RAW or NXT. Many Superstars are definitely excited to face Bryan and one of them is NXT North American Champion Johnny Gargano.

Gargano took to Twitter and uploaded a photo of himself with Daniel Bryan shaking hands after a match in the independent circuit, expressing his desire to face Bryan again.

It’s been awhile..

We will have to see what is next in store for Daniel Bryan now that is banned from Friday Night Smackdown. There is also the question of his WWE contract which will be expiring soon, making many fans wonder whether he will leave the company to work in other promotions.
