CM Punk Takes Shot At There Being So Many Championship Titles In Pro Wrestling

Every wrestling company on the planet has champions, but it seems that there are a lot of titles going around. Every now and then a new championship will be created to add even more congestion to the title hunts around the pro wrestling world. CM Punk took notice of that in a big way.

During a recent Twitter Q&A, CM Punk had a lot of fun joking about the new “QAnon Faction in NXT.” He also expressed some interest in joining pro wrestling company’s creative team in a director role. The questions kept coming and he was good for many answers.

One fan asked CM Punk, “should the women’s division have a US and IC championship?” The Second City Savior had quite a response.

Yes absolutely. Six man tag straps, and let’s get secondary titles for the secondary titles, and maybe more titles for those titles.

He was obviously joking with that response. Punk was also poking fun at the fact that there are already so many pro wrestling titles floating around the world as it is. We’ll have to see if any more get added to the mix, but it seems that CM Punk might think that they’re reached their quota.
