The COVID-19 pandemic has been going for well over a year now and we’re all very tired of it. Everyone is sick of being worried about getting sick. Masks help, but vaccines are really the answer. That won’t convince everyone to get one.

Ryback tweeted out his support for those who make a decision not to get the vaccine. He then said that some people have “built up their immune systems” for years before proclaiming: “let’s live life!”

It’s perfectly ok and responsible to not want to get a vaccine. Just like the whole mask deal, don’t let ourselves get distracted and focus our attention on others. Many people haven’t been sick in years because they’ve properly built up their immune systems. Let’s live life!

I support everyone who wants to get them and support everyone who doesn’t want to get them.

There was some push back against what Ryback had to say. Some chastised the Big Guy for using his social media influence poorly. This is when he tweeted out to explain the intention behind the tweets.

The post is in reference to people shaming others for personal decisions. You’re missing the entire point. The post is a positive and telling people to make a decision on what they feel is right, just as we always have.

We’ll have to wait out the pandemic like everyone else. There are parts of the world where vaccines haven’t reached yet at all. They are readily available in America now, but Ryback supports those who turn down that opportunity.

I love pro wrestling and hate BS. These two things drive me. Years of experience in writing, journalism, and digging exclusive insider info for Ringside News. Worked in finance before realizing pro wrestling journalism made much less sense. Pro beachballs at pro wrestling shows, pro dives if someone catches, anti bullies, olives, and pineapples on pizza.
