Swoggle Loses Boxing Debut At Rough n Rowdy

Swoggle made his boxing debut last night at Rough n Rowdy’s event in West Virginia, and it did not turn out as he thought. He still enjoyed the experience, except for getting punched in the face.

The former Cruiserweight Champion faced off against Jeremy Smith, a man that Seth Rollins said looked like “mini Brock Lesnar,” and he lost. Swoggle later tweeted out after the fight to express how much respect he has for his opponent.

Swoggle also admitted that he was way over his head with this fight, but he is still proud of the changes he made in preparation for his boxing debut.

Jeremy Smith is an absolute machine! I thought I was ready but I was in way over my head.

We’ll have to see if Swoggle can use this fight as a springboard for more boxing matchups down the line. With Jake Paul racking in so much cash from boxing it could give many more the idea of trying it out for themselves. Swoggle certainly seemed to have an experience he won’t soon forget.
