WWE changed up the Talent Relations department in big way recently. Those backstage changes are also a part of Vince McMahon’s overall plan to freshen things up.

Ringside News has been told that the change in Talent Relations was expected, just not to this degree. A WWE employee said John Laurinaitis is going to insert his own team, and probably a new team.

Additionally, we were told that “Vince McMahon wants fresh eyes on the product and on management.” It seems that “most of the management are from a previous era.”

We were told that “Vince wants new blood in the ranks.” Kevin Dunn is still in his position of power, but WWE also brought back Bruce Prichard and John Laurinaitis, two men who held backstage positions of power a decade ago.

I love pro wrestling and hate BS. These two things drive me. Years of experience in writing, journalism, and digging exclusive insider info for Ringside News. Worked in finance before realizing pro wrestling journalism made much less sense. Pro beachballs at pro wrestling shows, pro dives if someone catches, anti bullies, olives, and pineapples on pizza.
