Dixie Carter had a very scary experience that nobody wants to go through. Her house caught fire, but thankfully Nashville, Tennessee has a great fire department.

Carter tweeted out a video showing firefighters at work, trying to contain a blaze at her home. She also tweeted out a thank you to the person who called 911 and helped save their home.

Thanks to @NashvilleFire, & a Good Samaritan that called them when she saw flames, for saving our home tonight. Stations 20, 8, 17, 13, 27 & 16 B Shift, you guys ROCK! Eternally grateful.

This is a terrible situation, but Dixie Carter seems to be okay, We’re sending our best to the Carter Family right now as they deal with this terrible situation.
