AEW has many talented members of their roster, but there is always room to add someone like Will Ospreay to the mix. If you ask Jim Ross, Ospreay would be a great addition to the company’s roster.

Jim Ross knows a thing or two about scouting talent. He did it for WWE and was quite successful at it. He also ran talent relations for years.

During his Grilling JR podcast, the WWE Hall of Fame announcer expressed his desire to see Will Ospreay mix it up with the AEW roster. He believes that they could produce some great results if he wrestled for Tony Khan.

“I wish he wrestled in AEW, he’d do great here. He’s not from here you know, I don’t know if that means a lot to him or not. I know he could probably make more money than he’s making where he is, that’s my guess.”

“We know he’d have more creative freedom if he wrestled for Tony Khan than if he wrestled for Vince McMahon. I think that’s one of the attractive things about our company that’s ever growing, you get to have a bigger influence on your creative. I know guys here in AEW that outline their whole program, I think that’s cool as hell. It gives them some creative release and wrestlers are creative by nature.”

Will Ospreay seems to be doing just fine in NJPW right now. You also never know what the future can bring, especially since that famous “forbidden door” has been seemingly unlocked and already traveled through.
