Pro wrestling can’t last forever, and now one former WWE Superstar has announced that he is done with pro wrestling. This was not a decision that he thought he would make this soon, but he can retire now.

Kenny Doane, former member of the Spirit Squad, announced that he has retired from pro wrestling. He explained that smart investments paid off and he is now able to step away and spend time with his family years before he planned.

I’ve decided to retire from in ring wrestling. When I started at 13 I thought I’d retire at 40. But smart investments overtime have allowed me to be done now. I’m in my prime, and that will go towards my family and being a father. Thanks to the fans who stuck by me.

We’ll have to see if Kenny comes back for any fan conventions or other meet & greet situation. It seems that he has no regrets about stepping away from pro wrestling right now.

I love pro wrestling and hate BS. These two things drive me. Years of experience in writing, journalism, and digging exclusive insider info for Ringside News. Worked in finance before realizing pro wrestling journalism made much less sense. Pro beachballs at pro wrestling shows, pro dives if someone catches, anti bullies, olives, and pineapples on pizza.
