Vince McMahon Wants Smaller Commentators So WWE Superstars Look Huge

Vince McMahon is the Chairman of WWE and is also larger than life, with several stories about his peculiar behavior and tendencies that seem too bizarre to be real. McMahon also has a penchant for bigger pro wrestlers and that is a fact known.

While speaking to Adnan Virk on the Boomer in the Morning podcast, Michael Cole talked about his role as a WWE commentator.

Cole then revealed that Vince McMahon apparently loves smaller commentators as it makes the WWE Superstars look far bigger in comparison.

“Afterwards I interviewed a couple of the WWE stars. And at one point Cole goes ‘your look is great.’ And I’m laughing and asking ‘what do you mean by that?’ And he said ‘your height. Mr. McMahon loves that because it makes the wrestlers look even bigger!’ That’s the first time ever being a little guy is a win. I went home, they called a few weeks later, said ‘hey you got the job.’”

Vince McMahon certainly has a method to his madness, but it is likely he will continue to be criticized by many fans as many feel that he is simply too out of touch nowadays.
