Samoa Joe’s WWE Status Confirmed After Getting Pulled From RAW Announce Team

Samoa Joe is no longer on WWE RAW commentary. His final night at the announce desk was at WrestleMania. He won’t be going away for good, because Joe could be making a return to the ring.

WWE sent out a press release to confirm their RAW announce team shake-up. As part of that announcement they confirmed that Adnan Virk, Corey Graves, and Byron Saxton will be the new three-man announce booth for the red brand.

It was also confirmed that Samoa Joe will “remain on the WWE talent roster.” That gives a lot of hope that he will be making a return to the ring sooner than later.

Joe hasn’t wrestled in a long time. He suffered couple concussions, and that was it for him as he waited for clearance. We’ll have to see if that day finally came for the former NXT Champion.
