WWE Adds New Match To WrestleMania Night Two

WWE brought live fans back for WrestleMania 37. That event was delayed about 40 minutes due to rain, but they eventually got things going in a big way.

The company got a lot of flack because of the lack of women booked for WrestleMania. Then WWE booked a multi-team women’s tag team turmoil match.

Natalya & Tamina, Lana & Naomi, Riott Squad, Dana Brooke & Mandy Rose, Billie Kay & Carmella took place during the second match of the night. The winners of the match would secure a WWE Women’s Tag Team Title match during the second night of WrestleMania.

Billie Kay and Carmella started out against Naomi and Lana. Kay and Mella pinned Naomi with a double team effort before the Riott Squad entered the match. The Riott Squad were able to finish off Billie Kay and then Mella knocked out the Riott Squad with a Superkick.

Mandy Rose and Dana Brooke entered the match next. The Riott Squad were able to defeat them before Tamina and Natalya came out. In the end, Natalya and Tamina won the match. That means Nia Jax and Shayna Baszler will defend their titles against Natalya and Tamina.
