WWE has a few events in the company’s history that they don’t like bringing up. The Plane Ride From Hell is one of them, but Dark Side of the Ring is about to put it all in focus.

Sports Media Podcast with Richard Deitsch recently invited Jim Ross on the shot. The WWE Hall of Fame announcer was head of talent relations during the time of that infamous plane ride. He didn’t like talking about those memories, but he spent four hours digging into it.

“Yesterday, I spent four hours with the Dark of the Ring guys here in my home in Florida and talked about the plane ride from hel. I told them in the beginning, I said, ‘I don’t like this topic, I don’t like remembering this bullsh*t.’ It was a bad day at the office, it was one of the more darker days during my tenure as head of talent relations, but it’s going to make a hell of a special for Dark Side of the Ring that was spawned by what they heard Conrad and I talking about on this podcast (Grilling’ JR).”

Dark Side of the Ring is set to get some very interesting subject matter. If you add in the Confidential special, then pro wrestling fans are set for a lot of great content on Vice.
