King Corbin Gets Props For Stepping Up In A Big Way

WWE as been forced to change up their plans due to COVID-19 since the pandemic started sweeping the United States. They reportedly had to make a shuffle and King Corbin was there to help them fill things out.

According toFightful, the large amount of WWE stars getting pulled due to COVID-19 protocol caused them to shuffle around plans after the Superstar Spectacle.

It is reported that Corbin was only supposed to work the Superstar Spectacle, but due to so many stars being out of action, he stuck around for SmackDown. This change of plans caused Corbin to re-ignite his rivalry with Rey Mysterio as well.

Due to several wrestlers missing Smackdown, WWE asked him to also work those tapings, which changed the course of things and reignited the feud with the Mysterio family.
