The Rock and his family tested positive for COVID-19, but they are all fine now. He broke the news in September about their positive tests. Now he is able to share even more details.

While speaking with Cigar Aficionado, The Great One revealed that in a 24 hour period everyone in his home, including his nanny and her two sons, tested positive for COVID-19. The highly contagious virus spread very rapidly throughout the Johnson home.

“In a 24-hour period, it had spread so quickly to our nanny, our nanny’s teenage kids, her husband. Myself and my two-year-old daughter, we were the last ones standing until the very end, but of course we both tested positive. We were on the fortunate end for something that has been so traumatic to the world. We got through it.”

Thankfully, The Rock was able to get through the virus, but he is very careful now not to have round two with COVID-19. All of the sets for his projects are under strict protocol as they continue providing entertainment in the safest way possible.
