WWE Giving Returning Superstar Tryout At Backstage Position

WWE is making some big plans for the Royal Rumble pay-per-view. That will include bringing back a name from the past. This article contains a big spoiler. So this is your official spoiler warning.

As we previously reported, Carlito is set to make his return at the Royal Rumble. The 41-year-old Superstar is also getting another big opportunity. According to PW Insider, the word going around backstage is that Carlito is in line for a producer tryout.

The word making the rounds backstage is that Carlito will also be at tomorrow’s Raw and there’s talk he may be getting a tryout as a Producer for the company.

A tryout is not a guaranteed job, and WWE can always take however long they like to actually hire him even if Carlito fits the role like a glove. This is an interesting situation, and it could be a great way to get Carlito back under the WWE Umbrella.

Last year MVP was brought back at the Royal Rumble for a role as a talent and producer. The pandemic struck and there was no use for him as a producer, but the Hurt Business leader stayed around as an active Superstar.
