The Royal Rumble is a week away, and fans can’t wait to see who will win the big over-the-top-rope matches. The situation with the WWE Title picture is also incredibly interesting.

Goldberg showed up at WWE Legends Night and inserted himself into the WWE Title match at the Royal Rumble, bypassing everyone else in line. Due to Drew McIntyre’s positive COVID-19 test, WWE had to build this match in different fashion, but the two will meet face-to-face on RAW this week.

Bet Online posted updated betting odds for the Royal Rumble event, and the WWE Title match might shock some fans. Despite Goldberg’s monster booking, he is not the odds-on favorite to defeat the Scottish Warrior on January 31st.

Drew McIntyre is currently sitting at -175 against Goldberg’s +125 odds. This means that the WWE Champion is currently the favorite to win at the Royal Rumble match.

You never know what can happen. As Ringside News exclusively reported, Vince McMahon has few ideas for big WrestleMania matches, but he’s not sharing that information. Goldberg is also reportedly a lock for WrestleMania, and so is John Cena.

All of those pieces could fit together to create the kind of big time matches that WWE needs for a two-night WrestleMania event.
