The Royal Rumble event is going down on January 31st, and plenty of fans are concerned about who will win the big match. Apparently, the order Superstars are eliminated in doesn’t really matter to the company at times.

While speaking to Inside SKoop, Chris Masters said WWE Royal Rumble match producers are often lenient on what order people are eliminated. They will just tell the talent that they need to clear out a certain amount of guys and the wrestlers will work it out for themselves.

“From what I remember about it, it isn’t so like every single elimination is strategically planned out and who does the elimination. There are a lot of those, yes, but there are some of them where it’s just like, ‘We need to get a few guys out,’ and those might be worked out amongst the guys. So it’s kind of a split of both, from what I remember.”

The Royal Rumble match is booked very carefully to have a beginning, middle, and an end. Those matches can sometimes be epic. According to Chris Masters some of those eliminations, not belonging to key people, don’t really matter as long as they get eliminated.
