The COVID-19 pandemic is far from over, and another member of the pro wrestling community has reportedly tested positive for the highly contagious virus.

Pro wrestling legend Les Thatcher has reportedly tested positive for COVID-19. The 80-year-old retired wrestler is also battling pneumonia according to PW Insider. He reportedly tested positive on Monday.

The legendary Les Thatcher, who has been a part of PWInsider.com since our launch in 2004, is currently battling COVID-19 [and] pneumonia after testing positive this past Monday.

Thatcher started in the pro wrestling business in the 1960’s and his last match was in 2003. He has since become a trainer, writer, booker, television producer, and broadcaster in the business.
