WWE NXT will present New Year’s Evil tonight on the USA Network. Fans will have even more NXT action this week as the brand will get an overrun.

The black and gold brand is also advertising that the Finn Balor vs Kyle O’Reilly match for the NXT Title will be uninterrupted. The overrun means that the show doesn’t have to be off the air at 10:00 PM on the dot. This could likely help their final quarter hour viewership as well.

Bryan Alvarez said on Wrestling Observer Live that the NXT brand is currently slated to get ten minutes of overrun time if they need it. Odds are they will take all the time they can get.

“There is going to be a long overrun, by the way. The last I heard it was going to be ten full minutes for the NXT show.”

Finn Balor vs Kyle O’Reilly will very likely close out New Year’s Evil. The company is possibly preparing for a longer match; because they have an extra ten minutes for the show. That also means that other matches can run long as well.
