Big Match Pulled From WWE NXT New Year’s Evil Special

WWE NXT was set to include special return of the fight pit, but that match is not going to happen. The match has now been pulled from the event.

WWE has pulled Tommaso Ciampa and Timothy Thatcher’s fight pit match from tonight’s New Year’s Evil card. It is no longer listed on the official company website.

This was set to be the brand’s second fight pit match. Matt Riddle lost to Timothy Thatcher in the first fight pit match as a send-off for Riddle. Kurt Angle was even present as a special referee.

It is unclear why this match was pulled from the New Year’s Evil event. We will continue monitoring this ongoing situation. You can check out an updated card below.
