WWE is said to be working on “refining and improving” the in-ring ability of a select few WWE Superstars after Vince McMahon allegedly threw fit at them.

It was then revealed that Keith Lee, Otis, Dabba-Kato, Mace and AJ Styles’ bodyguard Omos that was sent back to the WWE Performance Center to be trained by Adam Pearce and Drew Gulak.

There has been a lot of negative backlash on social media as to why Keith Lee was included in the list as many fans believe Lee is an excellent in-ring competitor.

WWE Producer Shane Helms, who recently made his return to the company, addressed the current situation and seemingly took a shot at the Superstars who are to be sent to the Performance Center.

Helms compared WWE Superstars to athletes in sports leagues. He said that they had no excuse for slacking off simply because they made it to the main roster.

“Players that make it to the NBA, NFL, NHL etc. don’t stop practicing and drilling just because they made it to the “top.” Being signed to a major promotion doesn’t mean stop trying to perfect your craft. That’s when you work even harder to perfect your craft!”
