Chris Jericho is set to take part in a massive tag team match on AEW Dynamite next week. He tried to promote this match on Instagram, but some fans noticed a bit of a mistake, and they called him out on it.

Tony Khan announced huge 14-man tag team match for AEW Dynamite next week. This will pit the Inner Circle against a team full of babyfaces. They have a lot planned for Dynamite next week.

Jericho sent out an Instagram message to advertise this match along with a caption saying:

“Get ready for the FIRST EVER 7 on 7 match in @allelitewrestling history, THIS WEDNESDAY on #AEWDynamite! The newly united #InnerCircle will dominate and destroy as always! @aewontnt #SexyHooligans.”

Fans quickly called Jericho out on the fact that there have been plenty of 7 vs 7 tag team matches in pro wrestling history. Team WWE vs Team Nexus is a famous match with that setup, and Jericho was in the match.

He later corrected his mistake, but that didn’t stop fans from having some fun with his oversight. Some fans came to his defense because Le Champion likely meant to say “AEW history,” but he didn’t. You can check out the post below.
