Joey Ryan filed multiple lawsuits against his #SpeakingOut accusers. He needs a little bit more time to get those lawsuits to them.

According to Heel By Nature, Joey Ryan has filed an extension to serve multiple parties in the lawsuit against his accusers. These accusers all made allegations against him as part of the #SpeakingOut movement.

On December 7th, Joey Ryan’s cases was reviewed by Judge Michael W Fitzgerald. He “issued a warning stating the cases will be dismissed due to ‘lack of prosecution.'” Now Joey Ryan has until December 23rd to respond to this order, or his case will be dismissed on December 28th.

Joey Ryan’s attorney filed an extension. He cited “issues with serving some of the plaintiffs.” The service One Legal was used to process the server, and they had issues with the addresses provided for the plaintiffs.

It was noted that Joey Ryan’s attorney did receive a reply from an attorney for one plaintiff which was “considered fairly threatening.”

I love pro wrestling and hate BS. These two things drive me. Years of experience in writing, journalism, and digging exclusive insider info for Ringside News. Worked in finance before realizing pro wrestling journalism made much less sense. Pro beachballs at pro wrestling shows, pro dives if someone catches, anti bullies, olives, and pineapples on pizza.
