Dynamite

The Young Bucks (Matt and Nick Jacks0n) vs. The Hybrid 2 (Jack Evans and Angelico)
TH2 attack before the opening bell. The Young Bucks connect with stereo dropkicks and hit stereo spears at ringside. Nick lands a dive to the floor onto TH2. Back in, the Bucks catch Evans with more dropkicks. Angelico attempts to slow the pace but gets caught by a series of armdrags. The Bucks are firing on all cylinders. Evans lands a moonsault to the floor onto Nick. TH2 take over with some double teaming on Matt. Everyone connects with a kick and all four men are down. Nick hits a bulldog-clothesline combination on TH2. He follows with a slingshot facebuster on Angelico for a two count. Matt powerbombs Evans into the crowd onto the Acclaimed. In the ring, the Bucks hit a moonsault-swantan combination on Angelico. They take out Evans with a doomsday device onto the ramp. The Bucks connect with stereo superkicks on Angelico for a nearfall. Angelico escapes More Bang for Your Buck and Matt hurts his knee. Evans catches Matt with a reverse hurricanrana. Angelico traps Matt in a reverse figure four but Nick makes the save with a swantan. The Bucks catch Evans on a dive and hit the Meltzer Driver onto the floor. In the ring, the Bucks hit the BTE Trigger on Angelico for the win.

Winners: The Young Bucks (11:47; BTE Trigger)

The Acclaimed attempt a post-match attack but can’t enter the ring before SCU blocks them.

A video plays of Darby Allin taking a blot test. What comes to mind for him is all of Team Taz’s attacks. They reveal that Brian Cage is the #1 Contender for the TNT Title. They also make a reference to Sting and Darby just laughs.

Cody makes his way to the ring with Arn Anderson for an interview with Tony Schiavone. Before he can speak, the lights go out and Sting appears (with snow!). Arn Anderson politely excuses himself. Sting gives Tony a hug and they have a moment. Tony gives us another “It’s Stiiiiiiiiing,” Cody welcomes Sting back and wants to share a ring with him. Sting points to Darby Allin in the crowd and says that there’s a lot of familiarity in AEW. Sting claims that he plans on spending a lot of time in AEW. The way he chooses to play is his business. Sting gives Cody an aggressive hug and leaves.

Team Taz cuts a promo backstage mocking the previous segment. Taz’s son is with them as well. Hook is now training with Team Taz – no longer with Cody.

FTR (Dax Harwood and Cash Wheeler) vs. The Varsity Blondes (Griff Garrison and Brian Pillman Jr.)
FTR come out of the gates very aggressively with stiff strikes. They are not playing around and beat down Pillman. He manages to create some space but misses a crossbody. FTR work over Pillman as we head to commercial. Back from break, Dax hits a powerbomb on Pillman. He takes out Cash with a diving shoulder tackle and makes the tag. Garrison cleans house with a series of strikes. Garrison looks great here. He hits a double spear. Dax recovers with a brainbuster on Pillman. FTR hits the Goodnight Express on Pillman for the win.

Winners: FTR (8:17; Goodnight Express)

Alex Marvez interviews Hangman Page. He will take on Matt Hardy and Private Party next week, but he has no tag team partners yet. John Silver and Alex Reynolds appear and convince Hangman to team with them.

Dustin Rhodes vs. Dark Order’s 10
They brawl at ringside. 10 catches Dustin with a big spinebuster back in the ring and takes control. 10 takes a moment to kick Aaron Solo in the crowd for some reason. Dustin fights back with a series of clotheslines. Dustin hits a bulldog for the victory.

Winner: Dustin Rhodes (2:50; bulldog)

The Dark Order confronts Dustin after the match. Evil Uno tries to convince him to join the Dark Order as #7. Dustin slaps Uno, but Uno seems convinced that Dustin will see the light.

They show a pre-tape with Tony Schiavone, Brandi Rhodes, and Shaq. Shaq talks about his admiration for Jade Cargill, but doesn’t appreciate what she did to Brandi. Shaq says that he’s a big fan of Cody. He tells Brandi to watch Jade and get some pointers. Brandi throws a drink onto Shaq and calls him an asshole.

The Inner Circle (minus Santana) comes to the ring for their ultimatum. Chris Jericho reiterates his frustrations with the group. MJF talks about how much he loves everyone in the group. He denies having any self-interested motivations for joining the Inner Circle. Sammy starts yelling at MJF. Jericho reveals that he watched the footage from last week and saw MJF throwing in the towel. Ortiz tells Sammy to shake MJF’s hand. Sammy tells Jericho that he trusts him and shakes MJF’s hand. Sammy says that if one more thing goes wrong, he will quit the Inner Circle. Hager and Wardlow get into the best argument of all time. They yell at each other for staring and agree not to stare anymore. Jericho announces that the Inner Circle is back on the same page.

FTR is backstage with Alex Marvez. Tully Blanchard reaffirms their unity. Dax says their goal is the AEW Tag Team Titles.

Lance Archer, Penta, and Fenix vs. Eddie Kingston, Butcher, and Blade
Archer doesn’t waste any time and immediately planchas onto his opponents. Everyone brawls around ringside. Butcher slams Penta through the ringside table (the bell hasn’t rung yet). In the ring, Butcher takes out Fenix with a crossbody. Referees carry Penta to the back. The heels work over Fenix until he creates enough space to make the tag. Archer goes at it with Butcher and cleans house. Archer lands a flying crossbody as we head to a break. Back from commercial, Archer hits a german suplex on Blade. Fenix lands a springboard crossbody onto Blade and snaps off a headscissors on Kingston. He follows with a dive to the floor but smacks his head on the floor. Back in, Butcher and Blade hit a powerbomb-neckbreaker combination on Fenix for the win. Fenix looks like he shook himself up on that last dive attempt.

Winners: Eddie Kingston, Butcher, and Blade (9:37; double team powerbomb)

Jade Cargill and Nyla Rose attack Red Velvet backstage. Serena Deeb and Big Swole come to her aid and a big brawl erupts.

Abadon vs. Tesha Price
Abadon lays in a series of strikes in the corner. Abadon hits an STO along with a gory neckbreaker for the win.

Winner: Abadon (1:12; gory neckbreaker)

Abadon attacks after the match. Hikaru Shida comes out with a kendo stick and absolutely lays out Abadon with a shot. Abadon sits up and Shida flees.

Kenny Omega and Don Callis arrive via helicopter. Then Omega makes his usual entrance. Tony Schiavone says that he’s disgusted with their actions. Callis says that they taught Tony Khan a lesson last week. He explains how he has been an “invisible hand” in Omega’s career. They gave birth to AEW. Omega discusses how they waited for the perfect moment to strike. He says that everyone fell for their plan. Omega tells us that there are more surprises to come.

Dynamite Diamond Ring: MJF vs. Orange Cassidy
MJF attacks at the opening bell and hits a suplex. OC hits a stunner out of nowhere. They battle on the apron. OC misses a punch and collides with the ringpost. MJF hits a powerbomb onto the apron and works over OC’s hurt hand. MJF hits a flapjack and takes control as we head to commercial. During the commercial, Best Friends got some other babyfaces to match the Inner Circle’s presence at ringside. OC lands a flying crossbody and hits a tornado DDT. He tries a quick rollup to no avail. MJF sends him into the turnbuckles and hits a shoulderbreaker. He follows with a tiger driver. OC responds with a dive onto the entire Inner Circle. MJF hits the Heat Seeker for a two count. OC fools the referee into thinking MJF was going to use Jericho’s bat. OC hits a beach break for a two count. MJF hammers away at the injured hand. OC connects with the superman punch but MJF kicks out! Another superman punch but Wardlow puts MJF’s foot on the bottom rope. Everyone at ringside brawls. Miro runs in and lariats OC. MJF covers for the win.

Winner: MJF (13:22; Miro interference)

Miro beats up security staff after the match and stands tall to close the show.
