AEW is building toward the future, and that includes collecting a roster of talent that they can use for years to come. They really want to keep those talents under AEW’s roof.

The company just locked Max Caster and Anthony Bowens into new contracts. The Acclaimed aren’t the only recent signees, and the company wants them to stay for years to come.

According to the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, “most of the key younger talent” are getting five year deals. It wasn’t noted what kind of dollar figure they have associated with those contracts.

It was previously reported that AEW talent who work Dark are generally under per appearance deals. If the company announces their signing with an “Is Elite” tweet then they have salaried deals where they are cut paychecks every two weeks.

I love pro wrestling and hate BS. These two things drive me. Years of experience in writing, journalism, and digging exclusive insider info for Ringside News. Worked in finance before realizing pro wrestling journalism made much less sense. Pro beachballs at pro wrestling shows, pro dives if someone catches, anti bullies, olives, and pineapples on pizza.
