The Undertaker lost his WrestleMania streak to Brock Lesnar at WrestleMania XXX, and it was a moment that will live on in WWE history as a very controversial decision. The two had some heat building prior to that legendary Mania encounter, and they even had a run-in at a UFC event.

While Ariel Helwani was interviewing The Undertaker cageside during UFC 121. Lesnar had just lost the UFC Heavyweight Title to Cain Velasquez, and then Lesnar made his way through the crowd before stopping in front of The Undertaker.

Taker and Lesnar had a little confrontation, but it didn’t get physical. It was meant to drum up attention, and it did. During the Broken Skull Sessions, The Undertaker revealed what went on surrounding that little run-in.

“Business, brother. Forward thinking? Yeah, absolutely. I was there to pick a fight. Yeah, [Lesnar] knew I was there, but my whole mindset there was to pick a fight and start a buzz, and I knew it wouldn’t take much. That was nothing. I mean, it was so simple, but it created such a buzz. It was a shame that it took so long to come to fruition.”

The Undertaker was just trying to enjoy the fights and talk to Arial Helwani, but then Lesnar walked by. The little publicity stunt could have gone better, but it certainly drummed up enough attention in their general direction. You can check out video from the incident below.
