Retribution seem to have their eyes set on Ricochet as they continue their mission to enlighten the WWE Universe and bring a change. Ricochet knows about change all too well, and he recently cut a promo directed at the band of masked invaders.

The former NXT North America Champion tweeted out a video promo of himself that wasn’t likely approved by WWE. These kind of guerilla promos have been effective in the past for people like Mustafa Ali and others.

In his passionate promo, Ricochet said that “One man cannot create change.” He said “it takes many. Nothing will change unless you are willing to change. Isn’t that right, isn’t that what you told me,”

He went on to address Mustafa Ali and Ricochet admitted that “I understand everything you’re trying to say.” He understands because he’s been there many times before and he too has felt abandoned by the system.

Ali replied saying: “My old friend. My mercy won’t last forever.” It will be interesting to see where things go from this point on, but it’s pretty clear that the story between Retribution and Ricochet is far from over.
