WWE Could Be Changing Superstar’s Name Yet Again

WWE can change a Superstar’s name several times during their career with the company. Sometimes they will go back and forth between names, and that appears to be happening again with Murphy.

Aalyah Mysterio and Murphy’s storyline might have brought his first name back. He has changed his social media to signify that “Buddy” is back.

WWE’s official profile for him still notes his name as one-word, but “Murphy” could get his first name back in matter of time. After all, it wouldn’t be the first time that WWE’s website didn’t update with a change to the roster.

We’ll have to see if Aalyah Mysterio’s relationship with Murphy brought his first name back to the picture. Buddy is certainly a better babyface name, and it appears that the Mysterio family have accepted him. Perhaps Aalyah Mysterio prefers calling him Buddy as well?
