Lio Rush’s WWE release opened the door for plenty of opportunities in the entertainment industry. Now The Man Of The Hour is happy to announce that he will be in the upcoming Power Rangers move.

Rush revealed to Wrestling Inc that he has a new role in the upcoming Power Rangers movie. He said that no parts have been given out yet, so there’s still a chance that he could be wearing one of those iconic Mighty Morphin suits.

“You can download my new single that dropped on Friday, ‘Do You Remember’. It can be downloaded and streamed on Apple Music, on Spotify [and] anywhere that music can be streamed or downloaded. And be on the lookout for big projects to come in the future as well as the new upcoming film that I’m going to be a part of, ‘Legend of the White Dragon’, which I’m pretty excited about.”

“It is actually a Power Rangers movie, so it’s kung fu times 100. They’re still casting. I’m just part of the cast. We haven’t gotten who’s going to be who yet, but I will be in the movie. There’s a chance [I could be a Power Ranger].”

Lio Rush has a lot of athletic ability, so he could fit in just fine in one of those films. WWE also gave him some acting chops for his resume as well. We’ll have to see which part he gets when they finally make the decisions.
