Rey Mysterio Says His Family’s WWE Storyline Follows Them Home

Rey Mysterio’s family was brought into the WWE spotlight and given a major storyline with Seth Rollins and Murphy. That angle with Aalyah Mysterio and Murphy was really kicked up this week as she kissed him in the middle of the ring. Those issues don’t stay in the ThunderDome for the Mysterio Family.

During WWE The Bump, Rey Mysterio discussed his current storyline in WWE. He said that those issues follow them home as they try to discuss what they are going to do as a family.

“Well, it’s been hard for us. We’ve had little bits of discussions. Believe it or not, we come back home and this topic doesn’t just stay at the Amway Center every week. It comes back home with us, and we discuss this and we try to figure out what the best solution is. I think the only solution for all of this is to finally put an end to it, with Seth [Rollins], first and foremost, and then move on to Murphy.”

“You know, we’ve always had a great relationship. We communicate a lot, but for some reason, this has separated us a little bit. Things are still on the edge. They haven’t been completely clear; I just don’t understand why she’s not opening up to me.”

Things might be a bit rocky now that Aalyah Mysterio is locking lips with Murphy on television. Some fans might not appreciate that storyline progression, but it certainly made for some compelling television.
