Welcome to Ringside News’ coverage of WWE NXT. Please keep refreshing throughout the show for constant updates once it kicks off at 8:00 PM EST.

WWE seems to have big plans for tonight’s edition of NXT, as an 8-minute overrun has reportedly been scheduled for tonight’s special edition of NXT. Let’s take a look at the card.

First up, NXT Cruiserweight Champion Santos Escobar will compete against Jake Atlas in a non-title match. Atlas and Ashonte “Thee” Adonis have joined Isaiah “Swerve” Scott’s crusade against the current cruiserweight champion, and Escobar looks to take out one of Swerve’s compatriots tonight.

In further 1 on 1 action, Rhea Ripley will go head to head against Raquel Gonzalez. This feud has been building on and off for months as Ripley has tried to climb her way back into the NXT Women’s Championship title picture. Could tonight be the night when she finally vanquishes Gonzalez and Kai for good?

Also, Cameron Grimes and Dexter Lumis will look to settle their score in a Haunted House of Terror match. For WWE, 2020 has been the year of the cinematic wrestling match, with the Firefly Funhouse Match, the Boneyard Match, and One Final Beat just to name a few. Will Lumis and Grimes have another classic to add to that list?

For tonight’s biggest matches, WWE is bringing back their wheel, for two Spin the Wheel, Make a Deal matches. First up, Candice LeRae looks to capture the NXT Women’s Championship from Io Shirai. LeRae has come very close on countless occasions, and this feud dates back months. Will tonight finally be LeRae’s night?

The other match for tonight’s Spin the Wheel, Make a Deal matches is Damian Priest defending his NXT North American Championship against Johnny Gargano. Gargano has made it abundantly clear over the past few weeks that he hates wheels, but will the wheel be on his side tonight, or will it spell his demise? We’ll find out.

Finally, Pat McAfee and the new NXT Tag Team Champions Danny Burch and Oney Lorcan are set to make an appearance tonight. Not much else is known, but McAfee took to Twitter this week to reveal that he has been behind the latest demise of the Undisputed Era. What will he and the Brit-Am Brawlers have to say for themselves tonight?

All of this and more happens tonight as Shotzi Blackheart hosts NXT Halloween Havoc, and we will begin coverage when NXT goes live at 8:00 PM, EST.
