Brock Lesnar is the definition of a closed book at the best of times, and the only man in the public eye that really understands him on any level is Paul Heyman.

Paul has been by The Beast Incarnate’s side since the start of his WWE journey and it seems pretty likely that he’ll be there at the end of it, too – whenever that may be.

During an interview with ESPN’s Ariel Helwani, Heyman spoke candidly about whether or not he believes Brock will climb back into the Octagon anytime soon.

“If there’s someone that interests him, if there’s a huge box office appeal for something that Brock can sink his teeth into, he is a beast that will always rise to the occasion.”

During the interview Paul made it clear that he doesn’t feel as if there’s anything left for Brock in mixed martial arts, noting that he had scratched that itch when he came back to fight Mark Hunt at UFC 200.

Still, in the world of combat sports, much like in the world of pro wrestling, you can never say never.
