Roman Reigns made a return during SummerSlam, and he immediately found himself on top of the card once again. One week later, he reclaimed the Universal Title and solidified himself as the Tribal Chief.

Paul Heyman was given a huge amount of control over Reigns’ creative direction. As Ringside News exclusively reported, Roman Reigns’ creative direction is taken care of apart from the rest of the writing team. This is why everything he does feels special.

While speaking to Fox Sports, Paul Heyman explained why he feels that Roman Reigns is not appreciated as much as he should be. He said that fans don’t realize how great of a Universal Champion he is. The Tribal Chief’s Special Counsel went on to say that this is what led to their union in the first place.

I don’t think people understand just how far ahead Roman Reigns is from everybody else. I don’t think people really appreciate how great of a Universal champion Roman Reigns is.

I don’t think anyone, besides FOX, understands the enormous box office appeal of Roman Reigns. Which is why Roman Reigns is main eventing the season premiere of FOX this Friday against Braun Strowman.

This is part of the convergence of circumstances that led to Roman Reigns and Paul Heyman appearing together on television, is the fact that Roman Reigns is so remarkably unappreciated.

That so many people have taken Roman Reigns for granted over the years and don’t really acknowledge the level of performance that he brings forth in WWE.

Roman Reigns has another match against his cousin Jey Uso, but next time it will be an I Quit match inside Hell In A Cell. There are a lot of unpredictable elements at play, especially as WWE continues to produce content without the use of a bubble during the pandemic. The intention for Roman Reigns is to obviously make him the biggest Superstar possible.
