WWE will hold the second night of the WWE Draft tonight during RAW. They’ve changed the plans a few times up to this point.

During Wrestling Observer Live, Bryan Alvarez brought up how they had MVP say during RAW that NXT is in the Draft. Now that is not the case.

In the week since MVP’s promo and the official announcement concerning the rules for this year’s draft, NXT was taken out of the discussions.

That doesn’t mean that NXT can’t play a factor in the draft. It is a third brand where Superstars can go. Undrafted Superstars like Gran Metalik and Line Dorado could go to NXT and be a part of 205 Live. Mickie James might be a valuable addition to NXT as well.

The plans were to initially include NXT in the draft picks. Ringside News had an exclusive report of one Superstar who was likely making her debut. Now that seems doubtful, but not impossible.
