Sami Zayn Recalls Hilarious Interaction With AEW’s Eddie Kingston

Over the course of the last few years, Sami Zayn has established himself as one of the most intriguing heels in WWE. Despite that, he’s still widely considered to be one of the nicest guys in the business outside of the ring.

AEW star Eddie Kingston, who has been one of the biggest names on everyone’s lips in recent months, noted on Twitter yesterday that he wasn’t a fan of Sami when he initially met him because he was “too nice to trust”.

In response, Sami told a great story of his own abut an interaction he had with Eddie back in the day.

Haha I actually remember trying to sell Eddie on my youthful, optimistic worldview, going on an impassioned rant about the beauty & joy to be found all around us. He nodded along blankly, then replied in his thick NY accent, “the world is a cold place, better zip the F*** up”.
