AEW Dynamite and WWE NXT brought the Wednesday Night War back this week. How did the viewership turn out?

Showbuzz Daily reports that AEW Dynamite brought in an overnight average of 886,000 viewers. WWE NXT brought in less than that with 689,000 viewers.

Last week AEW Dynamite drew 1.016 million. They scored a 0.37 in the coveted 18-49 demographic. WWE NXT drew 838,000 viewers, but they were not head-to-head. WWE NXT also scored a .22 rating in the 18-49 demographic this week.

The previous week’s episode of NXT pulled in 849,000 viewers. They also scored a .26 in the 18-49 demographic. AEW Dynamite brought in 928,000 viewers for the go-home episode for All Out. They pulled a .36 in the 18-49 demographic. They were not in direct competition.
