Rey Mysterio’s son Dominik has excelled since arriving in WWE. His SummerSlam debut was followed by an impressive showing at Payback. Now he is slated as one of the top babyfaces on the red brand.

While performing with his father they will do a double 6-1-9. Dominik stated as he spoke with Alicia Atout that move has been in the making for years. It also helps that he’s left handed so they can pull it off.

“The move has been in the making for years, but it is funny because it fits perfectly with me being left-handed. That allows me to come around from the other side while he [Rey] does it from the right hand side. So, the way that worked out for us was just perfect.”

Ringside News exclusively reported that Dominik Mysterio will still be used on television even if his father is not around. He is a draw, especially in the younger female demographic.

We’ll have to see how soon another double 6-1-9 happens in WWE, but we will have to wait until Rey Mysterio’s current injury is behind him.
