Welcome to Ringside News’ live results coverage of WWE RAW.

We’re still three weeks away from Clash of Champions but tonight’s RAW is a sparse one to say the east. WWE hasn’t said much of anything about the show, except that Randy Orton will look to continue his path of destruction. Will Keith Lee step-up to him again? Or will another legend bite the dust?

Seeing as that’s all WWE has said about tonight’s show, the rest is guesswork. We can assume we’ll get more RAW Underground, more Retribution, and more from the likes of The Hurt Business, Seth Rollins, R-Truth, and Asuka. When there’s not even a single match or segment announced ahead of time we can assume the crew is scrambling to put the show together.

Anyway, that’s the preview for tonight’s RAW. Let us know what you’re expecting and stay tuned for live updates from 8PM EST onward. Enjoy the show!

WWE RAW

This week’s show opens with the Legend Killer, Randy Orton coming to the ring. Michael Cole has replaced Tom Phillips on commentary this week.

Randy says last week he won a Triple Threat to earn a title shot against Drew McIntyre that he is already entitled to. And yet here he is tonight, with a singles match against Keith Lee again. He says there’s nothing personal but if he and Lee keep crossing paths he’s going to get kicked in the head.

As for Drew McIntyre, they’re going to go at it at Clash of Champions…if Drew can make it. And that’s because he kicked Drew in the head three times and broke his jaw – we see the footage. Randy laughs and asks what happens when the World Champion can’t defend the title at the one PPV where all titles must be defended. Well he has a solution: Drew can hand him the WWE Championship. He says he’s a patient man but…

An ambulance siren rings throughout the ThunderDome and one drives into the arena. The WWE Champion, Drew McIntyre steps out and runs down to the ring and hits Randy with a Claymore! Drew punches Randy until referees pull him off. We see replays as McIntyre leaves without a word.

Earlier today The Hurt Business are walking backstage, talking about ladies, when a janitor says hi. They stop and MVP says the guy said something about Shelton’s momma. Lashley forces him against the wall and MVP berates him until Shelton drives a knee into his gut and they resume their story. They have a six-man tag match up next!

*Commercial Break*

Drew McIntyre is walking backstage when he’s stopped by Adam Pearce. McIntyre says he’s here tonight because Randy tried to end his career but Pearce asks him to go home for all their sakes. McIntyre acquiesces, saying he already did what he came to do, then Pearce tells some guards to keep their eyes peeled for Retribution.

Apollo and Ricochet are already in the ring for six-man tag action, but as Cedric Alexander is making his entrance he is attacked from behind by The Hurt Business. MVP and Co. make their way down to the ring and Cedric is hurt.

Apollo Crews, Ricochet & Cedric Alexander Vs. The Hurt Business

We start the match with Lashley and Apollo, and Crews knocks him from the ring right away. Apollo gets Lashley inside but Shelton blind-tags in and beats him down with knees. Lashley tags back in and slams Apollo into the corner, then pounds him with right hands.

Shelton tags in for a running knee in the corner, then tags MVP, who hits a big boot for a near-fall. MVP unloads some ground and pound, and hits Apollo with a German suplex. Lashley tags in again and hits a reverse Russian leg sweep for a two-count before applying a sleeper.

Crews fights back and looks to make a tag to Ricochet but Cedric pulls Ricochet from the apron and batters him! Cedric slams Ricochet into the apron, tosses him hard into the barricade, then runs into the ring and hits Apollo with the Lumbar Check. Shelton hits Paydirt for the win.

Winners: The Hurt Business

After the match Cedric smiles as The Hurt Business stand in front of him in the ring. Cedric walks off but smiles and nods at MVP.

Still to come, Dominik Mysterio Vs. Murphy, Randy Orton Vs. Keith Lee, and more.

*Commercial Break*

The Street Profits come to the ring, followed by Angel Garza, Andrade, and Zelina Vega, the latter two ghost Garza during the entrances.

The Street Profits Vs. Angel Garza & Andrade W/Zelina Vega

We start the match with Ford and Garza, and Angel rips his pants off right away. He tosses them at Ford and takes a headlock, gets shot off and dropped with a lariat. Andrade is reluctantly tagged in and so is Dawkins.

The Profit drops Andrade with a dropkick and a T-bone suplex but misses a spinning splash in the corner. Angel drops off the apron and argues with Vega, meanwhile Andrade yells at him from the ring. Garza walks off while Dawkins hits a spinebuster and Ford connects with a frog splash to Andrade for the win.

Winners: The Street Profits

The SmackDown Tag Team Champions, Cesaro and Shinsuke Nakamura come out and confront The Street Profits!

*Commercial Break*

Back live and both sets of Tag Team Champions are still in the ring. Cesaro says they were surprised to learn that Ford and Dawkins are the longest-reigning RAW Tag Team Champions in a long time. Nakamura says that’s because people think of mini-golf, basketball, and ninja’s when they think of the Profits. Cesaro says they will be challenging them to a Champions Vs. Champions match next week.

Nakamura starts to say they want the smoke but Dawkins interrupts him and says copyright infringement. Dawkins calls them The Bar 2.0 and Ford says Cesaro has had so many partners he needs an STD check. Cesaro says they’re really funny but Ford says next week they won’t be, because they are up and they want…and Nakamura says the smoke.

Earlier today R-Truth was in a restaurant eating by himself when ninja’s appeared and tried to steal his 24/7 Championship. He tossed the belt to Little Jimmy but the belt just fell on the ground, and Tozawa picked it up. Truth runs him over with a waiter’s table, then runs off as the ninja’s give chase.

Peyton Royce makes her entrance with new music, and she will be facing her former tag team partner, Billie Kay, after the break.

*Commercial Break*

Peyton Royce Vs. Billie Kay

The two besties lock-up and Royce takes Kay down with a headlock. Kay fights out with a headscissors, then they do the same. They start arguing and Kay slaps Peyton, who slaps her back. They hit a few counters and reversals because they know each other so well. Royce shrugs Kay off and hits a spinning kick for a two-count.

Kay turns the tables and starts controlling Royce, beating her into the corner. Kay looks for a suplex but Royce elbows her, then hits an enziguiri. Royce hits the spinning neckbreaker for the win!

Winner: Peyton Royce

Royce celebrates after her win, but then checks on Kay and helps her to her feet. Peyton hugs Billie and I was expecting her to attack but nope.

We see a replay of the recent drama between Murphy and Seth Rollins, with the Mysterio clan also. Tonight Murphy faces Dominik Mysterio and Seth has told him he needs redemption.

*Commercial Break*

The entire Mysterio family come to the ring for an interview with Charly Caruso. She asks if Rey has any timeframe on his tricep injury. Rey says he doesn’t have a timetable yet but he can’t wait to get back in the ring and end things with Seth Rollins. Charly asks if Rey gave Dominik any advice for facing Murphy and Rey says he doesn’t have to, because he has the utmost confidence in his son.

Dominik starts to answer a question but Murphy appears on the Titantron. He says Dom should be scared. Because of Dominik Seth turned on him last week, the only man whose ever tried to help him. Rey says it isn’t their fault that he pledged his loyalty to an evil son-of-a-bitch like Seth Rollins. You reap what you sew.

Murphy says he is right and Dominik has a big career ahead of him, but it would be the ultimate sacrifice to end it before it begins. So let’s up the ante and upgrade tonight’s match to a Street Fight. Dominik says Murphy has terrorized his family as much as Rollins, so he’ll be happy to embarrass him again in a Street Fight. Murphy thanks him and says he’d better bring his family along, to which Dominik tells him if he lays a hand on his family he’ll kill him.

Both Nia Jax and Shayna Baszler will face The Riott Squad in individual handicap matches tonight. We see the Champions backstage and they’re arguing about the matches with Adam Pearce. Drew McIntyre walks past and Pearce asks why he’s still here. Drew says he left his phone in the ambulance, but now he’s got it and he’s leaving.

*Commercial Break*

Asuka & Mickie James Vs. Natalya & Lana

Asuka and Mickie argue about who will start the bout, but James gets the go-ahead and Natalya takes her down with a headlock. Mickie hits a shoulder tackle and dropkicks Nattie for a two-count.

Lana and Asuka tag in and the Empress catches a kick before hitting one of her own. Asuka looks for a hip attack but nobody’s home and gets hung up in the ropes, so Mickie slaps her ass to tag in. Mickie takes Lana down following a blind-tag from Nattie, who runs in and stomps her.

Natalya beats Mickie in the corner and makes quick tags with Lana to keep Mickie isolated. Natalya hits a suplex and punches Mickie down, scuppering her tag attempts. Lana tags in and hits a knee to the back against the ropes, followed by an X-Factor for a two-count thanks to Asuka.

Natalya tosses Asuka out, then James throws Nattie out and hits a neckbreaker to Lana. Mickie looks for the tag but Asuka isn’t there, so she goes up top, but Asuka appears, tags herself in, and applies the Asuka Lock to Lana. Mickie impressively slides under the ropes and catches an incoming Natalya, then hits a Mick Kick as Lana taps out!

Winners: Asuka & Mickie James

The Hurt Business is backstage with Cedric and MVP asks if he is ready to make this official in the V.I.P Lounge. Alexander says he is and they walk off, but Shelton tells Cedric he better not be playing any games because he’ll show him why they’re called The Hurt Business.

*Commercial Break*

We’re back live and it’s time for the V.I.P Lounge. MVP welcomes us to the lounge and he’s hyped to bring us a special edition of the show. He says Cedric Alexander has made a career-changing decision to join The Hurt Business, then Lashley hands him the t-shirt.

MVP asks what took Cedric so long to come to his senses and Shelton says he’s super interested. Cedric says he was on the business end of beatings every week and he was going broke teaming with a guy who calls him the one and only. He asks why he is sacrificing himself for Apollo Crews and his title shots.

The Viking Raiders interrupt and come to the stage, followed by Ricochet and Apollo Crews. All four of them run to the ring and brawl with The Hurt Business. The babyfaces run the heels off.

*Commercial Break*

The Hurt Business Vs. Ricochet, Apollo Crews, & The Viking Raiders

We start the match with Ricochet and Shelton, and the one and only takes a swipe at Cedric on the apron, which allows Shelton to slam him down. Ricochet kicks Benjamin and makes a tag to Apollo for a suplex.

Benjamin tags MVP and he gets kicked down by Apollo. Ivar tags in and clubs MVP in the back, then Erik comes in and drops him with a knee. Erik screams at MVP followed with more knees.

Ivar tags in again and he whips Erik into MVP and hits a crossbody for two. Apollo tags in but MVP slams him and whips him hard into the buckles. Lashley tags in and drills Apollo with elbows to the neck. Crews slips under Lashley to tag Erik, and the Viking clobbers him with forearms, then a dropkick.

Ricochet hits a springboard moonsault, then another to MVP and in slides Cedric Alexander. They argue until MVP drops Ricochet from behind. Cedric gets the tag and he hits the Neuralizer for a near-fall. Cedric attempts the Lumbar Check but Ricochet chops him and they trade shots. Ricochet connects with a superkick and a snap dragon suplex.

MVP runs in and Erik takes him out, then Benjamin takes him down, Apollo drops Shelton, Lashley clears Apollo, then Ivar sends Lashley out before wiping them all out with a suicide dive. We’re left with Ricochet and Cedric, and Ricochet goes up top for the 630 but Alexander moves and hits a Michonoku Driver for a near-fall….no, apparently he won.

Winners: The Hurt Business

I don’t know what happened there, Ricochet definitely kicked out. More importantly, Ivar appears legitimately injured at ringside, with multiple doctors checking on him.

Drew McIntyre is walking backstage, apparently doing laps of the building, and Charly asks why he’s still here. McIntyre says he grabbed the wrong phone before, and now he can’t seem to find an exit.

*Commercial Break*

Replays are shown of Kevin Owens being attacked by Aleister Black. Kevin Owens appears outside RAW Underground with Shane McMahon and he says he wishes it was nice to see Shane but he’s “still a jackass”. Shane welcomes him to the Underground and opens the door. Owens faces Black in RAW Underground tonight.

We see replays of earlier tonight when McIntyre returned. Randy Orton comes out for his match against Keith Lee, still favouring his jaw from the Claymore earlier. Keith Lee is out next and we head to a commercial.

Randy sticks a thumb in the eye of Keith Lee, then backs him into the corners with European uppercuts. Lee counters an RKO by just standing firm, and then knocks Randy out with a shoulder tackle. Lee lands a spinning powerslam for a two-count. Lee lifts Orton but the Viper slips off and hits an RKO! But before he can cover, McIntyre hits a Claymore from out of nowhere.

Winner Via Disqualification: Randy Orton

McIntyre gets into Orton’s face on the mat and tells him he’ll see him in his dreams. McIntyre walks off and Adam Pearce meets him on the ramp, saying he’s putting himself in danger. Drew says he’s leaving and out come some officials to check on Randy.

We return to RAW Underground and Aleister Black beats on some random guy. Kevin Owens then hops onto the mat and tackles Black down. They trade shots on the mat and Black fights his way to his feet but Owens lifts him for a spinebuster. They spill out of the ring and Owens slams him into the apron, then flips him over and both men are down.

*Commercial Break*

Adam Pearce is backstage with Randy Orton and he apologises. Randy is angry and Adam assures Orton that Drew is gone. Randy says his word means nothing to him.

2-On-1 Handicap Match

All the fan screens go off as Liv hits a kick to the face, then all the lights disappear and Retribution appears on every screen.

No Contest

Retribution say the ThunderDome is a façade. The WWE hasn’t changed. It’s still the megalithic company that tossed them all aside, leaving them to fend on scraps. They say they will feast on every Superstar because they are Retribution. They all have voice distorters.

*Commercial Break*

The Mysterio family are interviewed backstage and Rey is asked if is concerned. Rey says Murphy’s message was clear, threatening them will scare them away. He wants Dominik alone to make a sacrifice. But that’s not how they roll, they’ll all be in his corner and they know how to handle themselves.

Drew slams him into some production boxes, then pushes his face against the ring post of the nearby interview ring.
