MJF is a heat magnet and he’s had plenty of fans throw terrible insults and liquids at him while he made his way tot he ring. This also includes kidnapping attempts.

The Salt Of The Earth is in a huge match this Saturday at All Out. He will face Jon Moxley with the AEW World Title on the line. MJF plans on ending the reign of Moxley in AEW.

While speaking to the New York Post, MJF explained just how bad his heat with fans has gotten in the past. There were times when he had to avoid an abduction as someone tried to take him away while trying to convince him that he was Friedman’s pilot.

“At AEW, a fan tried to dress up I believe like a pilot and was trying to convince our security that they were supposed to fly me out on a private jet after the show. I can assure you that that guy was most certainly not my pilot, so there was once a fan who literally tried to kidnap me. I’ve seen it all. When I was in Mexico, people threw a car battery at me and urine at me. That’s because I don’t tiptoe around. I don’t hide how I feel.”

Thankfully, MJF was able to avoid the abduction attempt. It makes us have to wonder what would have happened if he agreed to get on that plane with a strange pilot.

MJF is set on remaining AEW’s top star for years to come. The fact that he has the creative freedom to create so much heat for himself is a testament to the fact that scripted promos aren’t always the way to go.
