Fans NOT HAPPY About Velveteen Dream NXT Win

Velveteen Dream defeated Finn Balor on NXT this week and fans were not happy about it. The investigation that WWE conducted in light of accusations against Dream wasn’t received well.

Dream’s defeat of Balor also put him in the NXT North American Title ladder match at NXT TakeOver: XXX. That is not a spot that fans would like to see Dream in, and they were quite vocal about it as well.

The #SpeakingOut movement brought new attention to accusations against Velveteen Dream that he sent inappropriate messages to minors over Instagram. There was also audio evidence which you can listen to here.
