Likely Title Match For Payback Revealed

Payback is August 30th, and WWE doesn’t have anything nailed down for the event quite yet. Bayley and Sasha Banks are rolling into SummerSlam where they will both defend their respective singles titles against Asuka. What does the company have in store for Payback?

It was noted on Wrestling Observer Radio that the direction WWE seems to be taking will see the Golden Role Models defend the WWE Women’s Tag Team Titles against Asuka and Shayna Baszler at Payback. This is obviously a match that Banks and Bayley would like to avoid.

Baszler brought her 4 Horsewomen stablemates to RAW this week. It is interesting how Marina Shafir and Jessamyn Duke were used for RAW Underground only.

WWE has a lot of things moving around right now and it appears that Shayna Baszler is involved in a couple of situations. She is not only after respect and titles in WWE, but she also has something going with the still-suspended Nia Jax.
